Kevin Spacey’s Sexual Assault Case Is Being Reviewed By L.A. District Attorney

Kevin Spacey’s alleged sexual assault crimes are being examined by Los Angeles County prosecutors.

The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office is reviewing a case presented to the sheriff’s department on April 5, Variety has confirmed.

A number of men have accused the former “House of Cards” star of sexual misconduct, with the first accuser to go public being “Star Trek: Discovery” actor Anthony Rapp.

The case against Spacey stateside is not the only legal matter the actor is concerned with. The Oscar winner is already being investigated by Scotland Yard regarding at least three sexual assault complaints.

Spacey, now 58, was accused of assaulting a man in 2005 in Central London, as well as two other men in South London in 2005 and 2008.

Netflix fired Spacey from “House of Cards” in light of a litany of allegations against him, which also saw the actor replaced by Ridley Scott in “All the Money in the World”.
