Channing Tatum has been named People’s 2012 Sexiest Man Alive and really there’s no contest, right ladies?!
The Hollywood heartthrob left women swooning when he took the stage in Magic Mike but he’s incredibly modest accepting this year’s title. “My first thought was, “Y’all are messing with me,”; Channing told People magazine.
Telling his wife, Jenna Dewan-Tatum after bathing their dogs, “She was like, “What?’ She calls me [the Sexiest Man Alive] now.”;
Now many of you know that Channing’s got all the right moves, (his sexy dance to Genuwine’s “Pony”; in Magic Mike comes to mind), but the Alabama-bred hunk also enjoys sculpting and occasionally quotes Edgar Allan Poe. Channing’s also got the husband thing down pat, telling the mag he can’t wait to start a family.
“I’m ready; I think she’s ready,”; the 32-year-old says continuing, “the first number that pops into my head is three, but I just want one to be healthy and then we’ll see where we go after that.”;
Wife Jenna, whom he met on set of Step Up tells People “he is such an open-hearted person; what you see is what you get.”; And we’re assuming that most of you like what you see. Channing’s already training for his next gig, playing an Olympic athlete in Foxcatcher but admits he’s not a fan of his 195 lb, 6’1″ frame getting too “bulky.”;
“I like to be lean. If I get too bulky I can’t move well and I like to move.”;
