It seems as though Mission Impossible star Tom Cruise didn’t make the guest list to the wedding of his own daughter. According to TMZ, sources close to the family say that Bella, 22, and her now husband Max Parker wanted to keep the wedding small and private — which apparently meant no parents allowed (ex Nicole Kidman was likewise not invited).

The same sources made it clear that Tom had no hard feelings when it came to his daughter’s decision to keep the parents from attending the weeding. In fact, the 53-year-old actor financed the entire event, including the wedding, party and their stay at the Dorchester hotel.
While rumours swirled that Cruise refused to attend the wedding, as son-in-law Max Parker is not a Scientologist, sources say this was not the case, claiming Cruise and his new son-in-law get along well, and even spent Thanksgiving and Christmas together at the Cruise residence.
