Prime Minister Justin Trudeau may not be invited to the upcoming royal wedding of Meghan Markle and Prince Harry, but he’s remaining in high spirits.
Canada’s leader was asked while at the Commonwealth summit on Thursday, whether he was disappointed with not receiving an invite, to which he had a simple answer. “I, of course, wish them the very best,” he said, adding, “But I have important responsibilities elsewhere.”

After Trudeau’s press conference, he mingled with the royals at a dinner later in the day.
Both Harry and Trudeau seemed to be friendly as they embraced for a hug, and a laugh.

Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II also looked delighted to chat with Trudeau.
