Kate Middleton and Prince William looked incredibly proud as they introduced their newborn son to the world Monday evening.
Middleton, 36, who only gave birth Monday morning, beamed as she stood by the side of William, 35, with the little boy in her arms.
The Duchess looked as stunning as ever as she posed for photographers in a stunning red dress with a white collar by Jenny Packham.
Will and Kate’s appearance comes after Prince George, 4, and Princess Charlotte, 2, were snapped visiting their baby brother after school on Monday afternoon.
Kensington Palace revealed in a statement that The Queen, The Duke of Edinburgh, The Prince of Wales, The Duchess of Cornwall, Prince Harry and members of both families had also been informed and were delighted with the news.
They added that the name of the baby would be announced in due course.
George and Charlotte were both born at St Mary’s Hospital, as was Prince Harry, the Duke of Cambridge’s brother.
The royal baby’s arrival now means that Harry drops to sixth place in succession to the throne.
