Prince Charles joked he’s going to struggle to keep up with his grandchildren after Kate Middleton gave birth to royal baby number 3 Monday morning.
Charles, 69, who is heir to the throne, spoke about the exciting news one day after Middleton, 36, and Prince William, 35, introduced the adorable newborn to the world.
In a statement issued by Clarence House, the Prince of Wales shared:
Charles’ comments come after Middleton and William looked incredibly proud as they were pictured with their new arrival on the steps of the Lindo Wing at St. Mary’s Hospital.
Despite giving birth just seven hours before she left the hospital, Middleton looked as stunning as ever as she posed for photographers in a red dress with a white collar by Jenny Packham.
