Producers promised that Bradley Cooper would return for more episodes of Limitless if he could fit it into his schedule, and they weren’t lying: the Oscar-nominated star will return to reprise the role of Senator Edward Morra, who was the focus of the 2011 movie and made a pivotal appearance in the series pilot of the TV spinoff.

Cooper will return in the episode titled “Side Effects May Include…,”; airing Tuesday, Oct. 27.
The big news was announced today by Limitless exec producer Craig Sweeny at New York Comic Con, explaining the upcoming episode will find Brian (Jake McDornan) experiencing physical and mental deterioration as the effects of his first NZT inoculation (provided by Morra) start to wear off.

Brian is desperate for another fix, and Morra agrees to provide Finch with more of the powerful brain-boosting drug — but demands a high price in return.
