Derick Dillard is still in the habit of attacking openly gay stars of TLC reality shows.

The former star of “Counting On” and husband of Jill Duggar took to Twitter Friday to berate “N and J by Design” stars Nate Berkus and Jeremiah Brent after TLC tweeted a promo for their new show featuring them with their child.
Berkus responded, tweeting a photo of his family with a message saying he hopes his show will “start to break down barriers.”
Users on Twitter also pushed back on Dillard’s comments about Berkus and Brent’s “lifestyle.”
This isn’t the first time Dillard has attacked an LGBTQ+ member of the TLC family. He repeatedly called out reality star Jazz Jennings, who is transgender. The network responded by removing Dillard from “Counting On”.
When asked on Twitter what he would do if one of his songs came out as gay or trans, Dillard responded, “I don’t hope that for anyone I know, especially my sons.” When the user responded back that they hope his sons or nephews find a male partner they love, Dillard said, “I don’t hope that for anyone I know, especially my sons.”
