French police have arrested photographer Jean-Claude Arnault as he has been accused of groping Sweden’s heir, Princess Victoria.
According to The Telegraph, the Svenska Dagbladet published a report that had three different sources claiming Arnault groped the princess over 10 years ago.
Ebba Witt-Brattström, a Swedish literature scholar and professor, told the publication she was present when Arnault allegedly groped the princess.
“He came lurking from behind and I saw his hand land on her neck and go downward. It was all the way down,” she told the newspaper.
She continued, Princess Victoria’s aid quickly came to her side, “She just flew herself on Arnault. She grabbed him, and Whop, he was gone.”
Arnault’s lawyer told The Telegraph, “My client most strongly denies these allegations. He claims that these malicious rumours serve a single purpose: to blacken his name and damage him.”
Eighteen women have come forward with allegations of sexual harassment against Arnault.
