The “Jersey Shore: Family Vacation” cast is rooting for Ronnie Ortiz-Magro.

Appearing on “The View”, the reality TV sensations were asked about Ortiz-Magro’s absence in relation to his recent public spats with his reported ex-girlfriend and mother of his child, Jen Harley.

“I have to bring up the elephant in the room that Ronnie is not here,” host Meghan McCain began. “He’s at home with his newborn baby girl, but he made headlines these past few days because he’s been publicly fighting with his girlfriend. Obviously you guys are close; how do you feel about this?”

“Out of respect for him and his family – he’s not here, so we don’t want to speak on his behalf,” Pauly D answered. “We are one big family… so we love and support each other in everything… that we do.”

The cast is familiar with facing adversity. The interview also touched on Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino’s ongoing legal battle and newfound sobriety.

“I’ve learned a lot during this process,” the 35-year-old New York native revealed. “Positivity is a choice at the end of the day, and we all face storms in life. We all face challenges. They are not sent to break us, but to make us.”
