A man has been charged after he broke into Rihanna’s Hollywood Hills home and spent 12 hours there, it’s been reported.

According to the Associated Press, Los Angeles County prosecutors have said Eduardo Leon, 26, was charged Monday with felony counts of stalking, burglary and vandalism, and a misdemeanor count of resisting arrest.

Leon, from Fullerton, pleaded guilty to all of the charges.

The latest news comes after it was reported that police had arrested a suspect after he apparently decided to make himself at home in Rihanna’s mansion by spending the night there.

According to TMZ, the intruder was tased by police after they responded to a call to the singer’s L.A.-area home early Thursday morning. They’d reportedly been notified that someone may have entered the home “on suspicion that her alarm had been tampered with.”

Upon arriving, officers encountered “a man who appeared to have stayed the night,” reported TMZ.

He was reportedly tased while being detained, although it wasn’t clear what led to a taser being used.

TMZ also reported that Rihanna wasn’t at home during the incident, and there was no information as to what, if anything, may have been stolen. Also unclear was exactly how he managed to get inside, but law-enforcement officials said at the time he’d be booked for trespassing and residential burglary.
