Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s first royal engagement as a married couple has now been revealed.
Harry, 33, and Markle, 36, who are set to tie the knot on May 19 at Windsor Castle, will be attending the Prince of Wales’ 70th Birthday Patronage Celebration in the gardens of Buckingham Palace on May 22, it’s been confirmed.
This means that the newlyweds will barely have any time to relax, with the outing just three days after the eagerly anticipated ceremony.
It was also revealed Monday that Harry will be staying at the Coworth Park Hotel with Prince William, his best man, the night before the wedding.

Markle, on the other hand, and her mother, Doria Ragland, will be staying at the Cliveden House Hotel, which is situated on the National Trust’s Cliveden Estate.
The latest news comes after Buckingham Palace provided ET Canada with the Royal Instrument of Consent, which is a handwritten document recording the Queen’s agreement ahead of Harry’s marriage to Markle.
The consent was signed “in accordance with the 2013 Succession to the Crown Act by making Her Declaration at the meeting of the Privy Council on the 14th March 2018,” the Palace confirmed.
Queen Elizabeth, 92, referred to Harry as her “dearly beloved” in the royal document.
