Deadmau5 isn’t one to shy away from a Twitter feud, and this time he drummed one up with rapper Lil Yachty.

The 20-year-old rapper tweeted Monday that he’d love to team up with a big DJ to perform an EDM song at a festival.
Though his name wasn’t mentioned, Deadmau5 decided to take himself out of the running.
Lil Yachty responded with the fact that Deadmau5 wasn’t even asked.
Producer Diplo took Lil Yachty’s side in a response to Deadmau5.
Deadmau5 tried to cool off the tension by suggesting he and Lil Yachty play a video game (“Players Unknown Battlegrounds”) online.
Unfortunately for the Canadian producer, Lil Yachty wasn’t having it.
Even Vince Staples ended up weighing in.

Meanwhile, some other DJs took note of Lil Yachty’s original offer, so maybe something big will come out of the tweet in the end.
