Kim Kardashian has been slammed online after posting, then deleting, a photo of herself promoting a diet lollipop.
Kardashian, 37, was labelled a “terrible and toxic influence on young girls” by British TV presenter Jameela Jamil, 32, after the reality star encouraged her 111 million Instagram followers to eat the Flat Tummy Co. product to suppress their appetites.

Before she added:
Jamil wasn’t the only one having her say on social media, with Twitter users also hitting out at Kim for being a mom and still feeling the need to promote such a thing.

Jamil regularly takes to social media to promote her “I Weigh” campaign, which she started to encourage women to focus on other things aside from the way they look.
“Every minute we spend thinking about how thin and gorgeous and perfect we aren’t is a moment that we aren’t thinking about growing our business or our education, or our family, or the fun in our lives,” she recently told BBC Newsbeat.
ET Canada has contacted Kardashian’s rep for further comments.
