Kristin Cavallari isn’t going to let mommy shamers and their comments change her parenting style.
The “Hills” alum, 31, chatted with People magazine about some of the questions she got after releasing her cookbook True Roots: A Mindful Kitchen with More Than 100 Recipes Free of Gluten, Dairy and Refined Sugar.
Fans of Cavallari wondered if her three kids (Saylor, 2, Jaxon, 4, and Camden, 5), whom she shares with husband Jay Cutler, eat according to that strict diet.
“How I eat, I cook at home, and that’s what they eat. But we go out to breakfast every weekend,” she said. “They get donuts every weekend. It’s not like they’re on some stupid diet. They’re kids.”
“Getting backlash about anything I’m doing when it comes to parenting, I really don’t give a s— about because I’m so confident at what I’m doing as a mom that I don’t care.”
Cavallari is gearing up for the premiere of her new reality show, “Very Cavallari”, set to debut this summer.
