Liam Payne has dished the details on his son Bear’s first birthday party and confessed that he sat at the children’s table away from girlfriend Cheryl and the other adults.
The former One Direction star opened up about the birthday get-together during an appearance on “The Graham Norton Show” which is scheduled to air Friday night (June 1) in the UK.
“I sat at the kid’s table and had a great time!” he told the host.

Cheryl gave birth to Bear last year, but the couple have kept things very private when it comes to their baby boy.
However, the “Strip That Down” singer did share a photo of his son holding his hand back in March to pay tribute to the little one’s birthday.
“Can’t believe my little man is one today, where does the time go? Happy birthday son you’re my world,” he captioned the snap.
A source previously told MailOnline that the new parents weren’t holding an elaborate party for their son’s birthday.
“They’re planning an intimate family party for Bear’s first birthday with just their immediate family members from both sides,” the source said.
“They didn’t want to have a big party, they want to enjoy the day with their close family. They have asked for no presents as they don’t want to spoil Bear and they are hosting at their house.”
Payne also performed his new Spanish-flavoured single, “Familiar,” while on “The Graham Norton Show,” and joked that he has no idea what the lyrics actually mean.
“I thought I should try to learn to have a better understanding, but I don’t understand at all,” he said. “I think it’s sexual.”
