The stars of “Tag” found their inner child while taking part in a hilarious interview to promote the upcoming comedy movie.

In a recent interview with Buzzfeed, the cast of “Tag” – Annabelle Wallis, Isla Fisher, Leslie Bibb, Ed Helms, Jeremy Renner, Jon Hamm, Jake Johnson and Hannibal Buress – took a playful approach to the proceedings by having kids answer the questions for them via a hidden earpiece.

Host Julissa Calderon had no idea why these famous actors were answering her questions with such goofy responses, including Johnson bragging about doing “55 billion backflips” while shooting stunts for the movie.

Meanwhile, Fisher was made to spell out her own name, incorrectly, in response to the question, “Why do you think you’re so good at comedy?”

The guys had a hard time keeping a straight face as Hamm was ordered to make fun of Renner’s surname. “He’s like a marathon runner in this secret life or what? Hey man, you ain’t a runner.”

Calderon to her credit powered through the interview while probably thinking the press tour had turned the cast completely loopy. Eventually, Fisher pulled out the earpiece and revealed the ruse.

“Thank god I’m not a crazy person!” Calderon exclaimed.

“Tag” is about a group of ex-classmates who reunite to play a huge game of tag. It’s a movie all about unleashing the kid at heart, which this fun interview certainly did.
