Justin Bieber has some big news to share, and he made the announcement on The Ellen DeGeneres Show: “I’m actually going on tour,”; he declares.
So when will the tour begin? “I will start this tour… oh gosh, it’s the only thing I had to remember,”; he tells Ellen, drawing a blank. “Do you know?”;
“No,”; responds Ellen, “I don’t.”;
