Jamie Foxx has responded after a woman accused the actor of slapping her in the face with his penis, it’s been reported.
The woman in question claims the alleged incident happened at one of Foxx’s Vegas parties back in 2002, according to TMZ. She said the star tried to get her to perform oral sex on him. However, when she refused, Foxx attacked her with his genitals.
The accuser, who insisted that the #MeToo movement inspired her to tell her story, told TMZ that after the incident, one of Foxx’s friends told her to get out of the house. She then claims to have suffered a “severe panic attack” the next day and had to get medical treatment in Los Angeles.
Despite the above, Foxx’s attorney, Allison Hart, was quick to shut down the claims, insisting the actor has said the whole thing is an “absurd” lie. “Jamie emphatically denies that this incident ever occurred, and he will be filing a report with the Las Vegas Police Department against the woman for filing a false police report against him.”
“The first time [Jamie] became aware of this woman’s absurd claims about an incident that supposedly occurred 16 years ago was when TMZ contacted his representatives [Tuesday] about this story.
“The alleged incident was not reported to law enforcement in 2002, or at any other time in the last 16 years until last Friday because the incident never happened.”
TMZ added that law enforcement sources had told them Las Vegas police still list the case as an “open investigation.”
