Police Close Investigation Into Claim That Jamie Foxx Slapped A Woman In The Face With His Penis

Las Vegas police have closed an investigation into a woman’s claim that Jamie Foxx slapped her in the face with his penis back in 2002, with TMZ reporting the case has been closed because the three-year statute of limitations has run out.

The unnamed woman came forward in June to claim the alleged incident took place at one of Foxx’s Vegas parties back in 2002, according to TMZ. She said the star tried to get her to perform oral sex on him. However, when she refused, Foxx responded by slapping her in the face with his genitals.

The accuser, who insisted that the #MeToo movement inspired her to tell her story, told TMZ that after the incident, one of Foxx’s friends told her to get out of the house. She then claims to have suffered a “severe panic attack” the next day and had to get medical treatment in Los Angeles.

Foxx’s attorney, however, was quick to shut down the claims, insisting the actor has said the whole thing is an “absurd” lie.

“Jamie emphatically denies that this incident ever occurred, and he will be filing a report with the Las Vegas Police Department against the woman for filing a false police report against him,” said attorney Allison Hart.

“The first time [Jamie] became aware of this woman’s absurd claims about an incident that supposedly occurred 16 years ago was when TMZ contacted his representatives about this story,” Hart continued, adding: “The alleged incident was not reported to law enforcement in 2002, or at any other time in the last 16 years until last Friday because the incident never happened.”
