Kesha has reportedly accused Dr. Luke of raping Katy Perry.

New documents are said to have been revealed in the record producer’s ongoing defamation case against Kesha, with The Blast and Variety claiming to have obtained evidence of the musician’s text to Lady Gaga, in which she mentions Perry.

Dr. Luke, real name Lukasz Sebastian Gottwald, is said to lay out the three main issues of contention he has with Kesha’s accusations in the documents. They include giving the hitmaker drugs against her will and refuting allegations that he raped her.

The third accusation, involving Perry, was not known until now.

The documents allegedly state: “On February 26, 2016 [Kesha] sent a text message to Stefani Germanotta p/k/a/ Lady Gaga which repeated [Kesha’s] false claim that [Luke] had raped her.”

“[Kesha] also falsely asserted that [Luke] had also raped Kathryn Hudson p/k/a/ Katy Perry. Following this text message conversation, and with [Kesha’s] encouragement, [Lady Gaga] spread negative messages about [Luke] in the press and on social media.”

The news comes after it was reported that Dr. Luke was suing Kesha for a whopping $50 million, with that amount representing the money he would have earned by working with Perry and other artists who reportedly backed out of production deals due to Kesha’s accusations and the ongoing drama between them.

Perry, who has never accused Dr. Luke of sexual misconduct, previously said she was professionally separating from the producer because “I had to leave the nest.”

After news of Kesha’s claim broke, Dr. Luke’s legal team responded with the following statement: “Katy Perry herself confirmed that Dr. Luke did not rape her. Kesha’s accusation to the contrary — just like her other outrageous lies about Dr. Luke — is baseless and irresponsible, and it is disrespectful to both Katy Perry and Dr. Luke. In his defamation lawsuit against Kesha, Dr. Luke seeks damages for the harm caused by these malicious falsehoods.”

Top music artists who have publicly voiced their support for Kesha include the likes of Lady Gaga, Miley Cyrus, Nicki Minaj, Demi Lovato, Taylor Swift, Adele, Iggy Azaelea, Kelly Clarkson, Lorde and Ariana Grande.
