Taylor Swift took the stage to perform the first of her Wembley Stadium Reputation tour gigs on Friday night and the singer, once again, managed to surprise the audience by bringing out a very special guest.

The 28-year-old, who has been joined by the likes of Selena Gomez and Shawn Mendes onstage so far, brought out Niall Horan to perform his smash hit “Slow Hands” with her.

Horan made sure to take to Instagram after the performance to thank the musician for inviting him up on stage.

The former One Direction star gushed that it had been a “fantastic experience,” posting:

As well as the duet, Swift’s show also saw her get incredibly emotional as she continued to thank the tens of thousands of fans for spending their Friday night with her, gushing that they made her the “happiest” ever.

The singer, who spent a lot of the evening encouraging people to live life by the moment instead of worrying about their reputation, got especially teary-eyed after singing the track “New Year’s Day”.

Following the heartfelt rendition of the song, Swift continued to sit at her piano as the crowd cheered loudly for what felt like a pretty long time.

Looking genuinely shocked, Swift said: “I’m so happy. I don’t even know what to say because I’m so happy.”

Swift, who is set to perform the second of her Wembley shows on Saturday, was soon up and dancing about the stage again, with her letting off countless fireworks to the sound of “Bad Blood” and “This Is Why We Can’t Have Nice Things”, which she ended the show on.
