Congratulations to Chip and Joanna Gaines!
The “Fixer Upper” couple have announced the arrival of their fifth child, a baby boy. Chip tweeted the news on Saturday morning, writing, “And then there were 5.”
Joanna then took to Instagram to confirm the little one’s name was Crew.
She also shared an adorable snap of the newborn:

Our baby boy, Crew Gaines, is here and we couldn’t be more in love. He made an unexpected (and speedy) entrance into the world two and a half weeks early – which is fitting given he was a sweet surprise from day one. Thank you for all your thoughts and prayers. We are so grateful.
Chip and Joanna are already parents to two sons, 12-year-old Drake and 9-year-old Duke, and two daughters, 11-year-old Ella and 7-year-old Emmie Kay.
The Texas natives shared the news of their pregnancy back in January, just a few months after they announced that their popular HGTV series would be ending after the fifth season. The couple later told ET that the decision to stop the show was not due to the pregnancy.
“It was a total surprise,” Joanna told People last month. “But when we found out, it solidified that it was the right decision to leave when we did.”
Back when they announced the pregnancy, Chip shared a tweet that revealed exactly when and why his newborn son was concieved, citing American folk duo Johnnyswim as an influence.
And the happy couple may not be done having kids just yet!
“I joke with my friends that I’m going to be that 45-year-old who’s pregnant,” Joanna told People. “Chip is such a kid at heart and we both love a big family. I’m open to whatever. I’m just having fun with it.”
