Cardi B is helping the family of a boy murdered in a brutal attack in New York.
The rapper donated $8,000 to the family of Lesandro (Junior) Guzman-Feliz, who was killed in an attack captured on video in the Bronx, according to The Daily Mail.
On Wednesday night, Guzman-Feliz was stabbed repeatedly by five men with knives and machetes. The teenager attempted to run to a hospital but died before he got there.
Cardi posted about the terrible crime earlier this week on Instagram.
#justiceforjunior 🇩🇴R.I.P. .These Bronx streets are ruthless .What piss me off the most is that these BX cops be harassing the shit outta people then they see a boy bleeding to death and ask what happen ?“uuuummmmmmmm😤😤😤 How bout you call the ambulance like ya be calling for back up when ya see nikkas smoking in front of a building !!!!! People be like”call the police!” Call the police!!” But for what the operators be asking you questions for like 4 minutes on the phone with an attitude and the cops come maaa lateeee.
The “Bodak Yellow” rapper also donated $8,000 toward the GoFundMe page set up by the family Guzman-Feliz to pay for his funeral and other expenses. They have so far raised more than $100,000.
Rihanna then took to Instagram Sunday to post:
Police are asking the public for help to identify the men who attacked Guzman-Feliz. It has also been reported that the men mistook the teen for someone else.
