“Saturday Night Live” favourite Cecily Strong wasted no time in poking fun at the #PermitPatty social media debate over the weekend, with her taking to Instagram to share a hilarious “biopic.”

Strong, 34, got a little help from fellow comedian Rashida Olayiwola for the skit, which saw her tell viewers: “They’re illegally drinking my water, okay?”

Strong’s character then called the police on a black dog for drinking her water, as well as accusing the toilet of using her water, as well.

The actress’ clip comes after Alison Ettel, dubbed #PermitPatty by the internet, went viral over the weekend after she called the cops on a young school girl who was selling water in San Francisco.

The eight-year-old’s mom filmed Ettel on Instagram, with her saying as she attempted to hide from the camera: “This woman don’t want a little girl to sell some water, she’s calling the police on an eight-year-old girl.”

Despite this, Ettel has since told HuffPost that she only “pretended” to call the police.

She insisted that the incident has left her feeling “horrible and heart-wrenched” and that she only did it because the girl’s mom was “screaming.”
