Heather Locklear was rushed to hospital Monday, just hours after being released on bail following her arrest on Sunday night.
A spokesperson for the Ventura County Sheriff’s Office tell ET Canada, “We did go to her house this afternoon about 3 p.m. along with fire department and ambulance personnel and when everyone arrived on scene they determined that it was a medical issue and a patient was transport from the house to a local hospital.”

According to TMZ, police and paramedics responded at the 56-year-old actress’ home in Thousand Oaks, Cal. after someone made a call reporting an overdose.
The day before, Locklear was arrested for kicking an EMT and punching a police officer.

Sources told TMZ that Locklear had planned to voluntarily check herself into treatment, and is currently receiving treatment.
