Sarah Hyland made sure to stand up for her “Modern Family” co-star Ariel Winter over the weekend, with her taking to Instagram to slam all the “pervs” commenting on her photo.
Hyland, 27, was not a fan of some of the messages she saw on her 20-year-old on-screen sister’s account, so she hit back: “To all the pervs commenting on this post? GET OFFLINE AND GET BACK TO YOUR BLOWUP DOLL YA CREEPS!” Hyland added, according to People.
Her comments were in response to a photograph Winter had posted of herself pumping gas while staring out into the distance.
The star insisted, “Honestly the ONLY reason I’m posting this is because I’ve never seen a more accurate picture of myself.”

Winter was then forced to re-post the image after receiving an “Instagram Copyright Violation” email, which she shared on her account, alongside the caption: “What in the f**k @instagram?? Lol they removed my photo because it violated someone else’s rights? It’s literally a photo of me that someone sent me on Twitter?”

She later said, after re-posting the same pic: “Posting again for the idiots who took down MY PHOTO for violating someone else’s copyright. They violated my space so I should at least be able to post it when I want to or just not be f**king photographed. Will repost every time it’s taken down.”

Hyland also took to her own account to reference Winter’s pic, sharing a snap of herself looking fed up while walking down the street.
She wrote, “Pulling an @arielwinter: Honestly the ONLY reason I’m posting this is because I’ve never seen a more accurate picture of myself. #newyorkeratheart #angrywalking.”
