Drake was definitely not finessing on Bella Hadid.
The supermodel denied being the woman Drake wrote about hooking up with in his new song “Finesse” off the brand new album “Scorpion”.
“Should I do New York? I can’t decide/Fashion week is more your thing than mine,” Drizzy said in the song. “You and your sister. Too hot to handle.”
The remarks about New York Fashion Week and the muse having a sister led some social media sleuths to accuse Hadid of being the inspiration behind the Canadian rapper’s lyrics.
“Not me!” Hadid replied. “That’s disrespectful. Why can’t people be friends without all the insinuations?” she angrily tweeted the same day as the song’s debut.
“Finesse” is the fifth track from side B of Drake’s critically well-received fifth studio album released on Friday.
