Andy Dick is once again in trouble with the law and is facing legal action for allegedly groping a woman in the street.

The comedian, 52, was charged with misdemeanor sexual battery and misdemeanor simple battery, as first reported by TMZ.

A woman claimed that Dick had squeezed her butt twice and made lewd comments towards her as he passed her on a Los Angeles street in April.

The L.A. City Attorney confirmed to People that charges have been brought against the former “NewsRadio” star. According to the city attorney, Dick’s arraignment is set for July 18 at the Van Nuys Courthouse.

The recent allegations come just months after Dick was accused of inappropriate sexual behavior on the set of the independent movie “Raising Buchanan.” In October 2017, sources told The Hollywood Reporter that the actor had “groped, kissed and licked people’s cheeks,” as well as made sexual propositions.

“I didn’t grope anybody. I might have kissed somebody on the cheek to say goodbye and then licked them,” Dick told THR at the time. “That’s my thing – I licked Carrie Fisher at a roast. It’s me being funny. I’m not trying to sexually harass people.”

He also admitted to making sexual proposals but denied it was harassment. “Of course I’m going to proposition people. I’m single, depressed, lonely and trying to get a date. They can just say no, and they probably did and then I was done.”

Dick was ultimately fired from “Raising Buchanan,” and another film, “Vampire Dad,” following the accusations.
