The record producer is suing Kesha for defamation over accusations she made that he raped her.

According to Stereogum, a judge in the case ordered that Sony Music disclose the identities of those interviewed in their internal investigation of the allegations.

The documents filed in the case, obtained by The Blast, show that Pink and Avril Lavigne both filed sworn affidavits stating, “The reason I have not worked with Dr. Luke since [2006 and 2007] has nothing to do with Kesha Sebert, her words, or her actions.”

Luke has accused Kesha of costing him millions due to her allegations.

Others deposed in the case include Kelly Clarkson and Adam Levine.

Kesha is also claiming that despite a text from Lady Gaga claiming that Luke had also raped Katy Perry, both singers had originally heard that allegation from someone else who told them at the same time.
