The “Set It Up” stars got to play “Love Assistants” for a special video produced by Netflix.
Powell and Deutch were hooked up with video monitors and a microphone to feed lines and advice to real participants going on blind dates.

Most of the advice works really well, including Powell’s surprising suggestion that one guy on a date ask the other guy if he can try on his big Texan belt buckle.
