Sophie Turner Reveals Regrets Over That ‘Game Of Thrones’ Tattoo: ‘It Was Probably Not A Good Idea’

Sophie Turner has admitted she has regrets about that tattoo after “Game of Thrones” fans thought she’d dropped a massive spoiler about the upcoming season.

The 22-year-old, who plays Sansa Stark in the HBO series, recently got an inking of the Stark wolf sigil on her arm, above the words “The pack survives.”

However, when fans immediately questioned whether she’d just dropped a huge bombshell as to what might happen to the remaining Stark children in the eagerly anticipated eighth and final season, the actress decided to set the record straight once and for all.

She said of fans jumping to conclusions: “I remember, a few years ago, I dyed my hair blonde for another role that I was doing. Everyone thought I was a Targaryen all of a sudden.”

Adding, “So they’ve used a couple of the slightest things [to form fan theories]. But it’s actually really exciting. It keeps the excitement going, and it keeps people guessing.”

Turner continued to tell Digital Spy, “‘Game of Thrones’ is all about theories. So the more we can conjure up, the better it is. The more exciting it makes it, the more unpredictable it makes it. But yeah, definitely that tattoo was probably not a good idea, because everyone thought that I’d given away the end. But I haven’t. It’s a quote from last season.”

The actress, who is engaged to Joe Jonas, also said she won’t be dropping any huge “GoT” spoilers with anymore tattoos in the near future.

Turner shared, “That would be terrible, if I got the ending tattooed on my body, just before the last season came out. That would be so stupid.”
