Wimbledon 2018 is in full swing, but a teen boy had social media in hysterics after he sniffed a player’s shoe.
During a match on Thursday, Netherlands player Robin Haase gifted a young boy one of his sneakers. Of course, cameras were there to capture the special moment of the teen holding onto his new prized possession. But what hilariously happened next is what got the Internet talking and the cameramen smiling.
The teen boy decided to take a whiff of the gently used shoe, only to quickly stick his tongue out in disgust from the smell.
The photos quickly surfaced online, garnering attention from social media.
It was clear that the crowd around him loved his reaction just as much as the cameras.
Unfortunately, Haase lost to his match opponent, Australia’s Nick Kyrgios, 6-3, 6-4, 7-5 in the second round.
