Dan Reynolds has bounced back after a long battle with an autoimmune disease.

The lead singer of Imagine Dragons recently revealed that due to diet, exercise and overall lifestyle changes, he’s no longer experiencing the debilitating pain associated with Ankylosing spondylitis – commonly referred to as A.S.

Taking to Instagram, the 30-year-old shared a series of photos highlighting his incredible physical transformation, along with the caption: “I’ve spent a decade fighting an autoimmune disease that inflamed all my joints (AS). I now live pain-free, am in full remission and am the healthiest I’ve ever been.”

Dan credits his personal trainer, Brad Feinberg, with his recovery.

“Just a few months of reworking my entire lifestyle/diet/exercise w @thor345622,” he writes. “I have zero inflammation now. These before and after pictures say it all. Sorry for the corny exercise post but truly changed my life and healed years of pain. Unbelievably grateful for health.”

A.S. plagues joints with chronic inflammation, which can lead to spinal fusion in extreme cases. Reynolds first opened up about his struggle with the disease in a November 2016 interview with People.

Fans and fellow musicians alike have been congratulating the Grammy winner, including pop superstar Pink.
