G-Eazy Forced To Cancel Calgary Concert After Being Turned Back At Canadian Border

G-Eazy disappointed fans in Calgary after he was forced to cancel his concert on Monday when he was turned away by Canadian customs agents.

According to TMZ, the 29-year-old rapper was set to play at the Cowboys Dance Hall as part of the Cowboys Music Festival, but upon landing at the airport was not allowed entry into the country.

“Cowboys regrets to inform you that G-Eazy is unable to perform tonight due to reasons beyond our control,” said the Cowboys Dance Hall in a statement.

It’s not clear why G-Eazy was denied entry, but given Canada’s strict policies it is likely the rapper’s recent arrest in Sweden for cocaine possession may have played a part.
