Harry Styles helped one of his fans come out to her parents during a concert on Wednesday.
At his show in San Jose, the former One Direction singer noticed a girl holding a sign that read, “I’m gonna come out to my parents because of you.”
Styles paused the show to talk to the girl, named Grace, who told the singer her mother’s name, Tina. The singer then hushed the audience down before belting out, “Tina, she’s gay!”
A video captured by one of Grace’s friends shows Styles leading the audience in a chant of, “Tina, she’s gay!” He then added that he would put the phrase on a T-shirt.
At the same show, Styles also led the audience in singing “Congratulations” to a pregnant fan and her unborn child.
