The 2018 Emmy Awards may not cover movies, but Paddington Bear was snubbed anyway as far as Cher is concerned.

The “Believe” singer took to Twitter to crown the actor most-deserving of an award for a performance in a film this year.

“Okay, my vote for this year’s Best Performance by a Male Actor is,” she tweeted. “MAY I HAVE THE ENVELOPE PLEASE… PADDINGTON BEAR.”

No, not Ben Whishaw, the voice of Paddington Bear in Warner Bros. Pictures’ “Paddington 2”. Cher said her favourite actor of 2018 was the fictional animated cub itself.
