Prince William admitted he’s trying to turn his children into tennis lovers as he chatted to Novak Djokovic after his fourth Wimbledon win on Sunday.
William, 36, attended the final with Kate Middleton, also 36; the pair were filmed having a short chat with the sportsman after the match.
As Djokovic asked the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge how their kids were, they replied: “Very well.”
William then jokingly added, “Trying to get a tennis racket in their hand.”
The royal quickly shared, “…and a football!”
The brief chat also saw the tennis pro speak about the “really special moment” when his three-year-old son Stefan got to see him lift the famous trophy.
Kate was in the royal box watching Djokovic beat Kevin Anderson on Sunday, just a day after she watched Serena Williams lose to Angelique Kerber alongside Meghan Markle on Saturday.
William and Kate’s weekend was rather eventful, as they also ended up releasing the official Prince Louis christening photographs.
