An official “Uncharted” movie may be languishing in development, but fans are getting a chance to see Nathan Fillion as Nathan Drake in an unofficial fan-made short film.
Based on the popular video game series, the short film by Canadian director Allan Ungar stars the Edmonton-born actor as the rogue treasure hunter and also features an appearance by “Don’t Breathe” actor Stephen Lang.

Fillion himself has been eager to take on the role in a more official capacity, calling it “something I’ve wanted to do” for a long time.
