The attacks continue on President Donald Trump after a joint press conference capping off his Helsinki summit with Russian leader Vladimir Putin that has evoked words such as “traitor” and “treason” — and not just from Democrats.

One prominent Republican is coming out to blast Trump’s behaviour at the summit: former California governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, who has previously tussled with the president about everything from climate change to “The Celebrity Apprentice”.

In a video posted on Twitter, Schwarzenegger didn’t hold back as he ripped into Trump’s “embarrassing” performance alongside Putin.

“You stood there like a little, wet noodle, like a little fanboy,” Schwarzenegger said in the video, addressing Trump directly. “I was asking myself, When you are going to ask him for an autograph or a selfie or something like that.”

“You’re the president of the United States. You shouldn’t do that. What’s the matter with you?” said the exasperated “Terminator” star.

“What happened to the strong words and the strength of Ronald Reagan when he stood there at the Berlin Wall and said ‘Mr. Gorbachev, tear down this wall’? What happened to all that?” Schwarzenegger asked before ending the video with a deep sigh, shaking his head in disappointment. Watch:
