Kourtney Kardashian is in apology mode following an Instagram live video that landed her in hot water thanks to an offensive word she used to jokingly insult sister Kourtney.
As Us Weekly reports, the “Keeping Up With the Kardashian” siblings are seen on the video attempting to sync up their phones, with Kourtney experiencing difficulties and insisting she can’t figure out how to do it.
“Yes, you can, you f**king r****d,” said the new mom of infant True Thompson, reports the magazine. As Kourtney continued to struggle with her tech, Khloe then yelled, “Are you f**king r****ded?”
People were not happy with Khloe’s use of the offensive word, and took her to task on Twitter for the video (which she eventually deleted).
Khloe responded to the criticism with a Twitter apology, insisting, “Ugh! I hate that word! Why did I even say that?”
She added: “I will do better! I am sorry!”
While some of her Twitter followers responded by saying they admired the way she stepped up, owned her behaviour and quickly apologized, others questioned why, if she hated the word so much, she used it in the first place — not once, but twice.
