According to Deadline, the star and producer of the classic sitcom is exploring the idea with CBS TV Studios.
In contrast to recent series revivals like “Will & Grace”, “Murphy Brown” and “Roseanne”, the new “Frasier” is being pitched as much more of a reboot, with Grammer returning in the title role but the location likely moving to a new city.
The original series ran from 1993 to 2004, with Grammer starring as psychiatrist Frasier Crane reconnecting with his father and brother in Seattle.
