Katy Perry made one sick fan’s dreams come true on Monday when she paid her a visit before her concert in Adelaide, Australia.
Eight-year-old Grace Moores was going to miss Perry’s concert after undergoing brain surgery last week, so the musician brought the show to her house instead.
The youngster was told she had a six-centimetre tumour in April. Heartbreaking snaps of her after the surgery have now been posted online.

It was Grace’s sister, Tiana, who grabbed the attention of Perry’s team, with her insisting that her sibling had been the singer’s “biggest fan since she was three.”
She started the hashtag #HelpGraceMeetKatyPerry, which soon reached tens of thousands of people on Twitter.
Tiana later tweeted, “We did it,” alongside numerous images of the adorable meeting.
Perry also took to her own Instagram to share a snap of her “new merch model,” with Grace beaming for the camera while wearing one of the star’s tour shirts.
