According to court documents obtained by People, the 52-year-old, who shares daughters Sam, 14, and Lola, 13, with Richards, 47, and sons Max and Bob, 9, with Mueller, 40, claims that he has “been unable to find steady work, and [has] been blacklisted from many aspects of the entertainment industry.”
The former “Anger Management” star also claims he’s had a “significant reduction” in his earnings and is now in a “dire financial crisis.”
