Anyone who has watched television over the past few years knows that reboots are all the rage. TV is bursting at the seams with new versions of old classics, ranging from “Roseanne” to “Fuller House” to recent rumours that “Frasier” might also be staging a comeback.
On Thursday’s edition of his late-night talk show, Jimmy Kimmel revealed to viewers that Kelsey Grammer’s Seattle shrink isn’t the only 1990s TV doctor who may be returning to the small screen.
He then introduced the latest blast from the past, with Jane Seymour reviving her iconic frontier doctor role but with a modern-day twist: “Dr. Quinn, Medicinal Marijuana Woman”.
And while Dr. Quinn may have been the first female doctor in Colorado, as she explains in a voiceover, she’s now found “a higher calling, and trails are about to get blazed.”
Find out how Dr. Quinn uses marijuana to treat everything from back pain to cholera in the video above.
