Modern Family“s Jesse Tyler Ferguson recently shared a photo on Instagram, revealing that he experienced a cancer scare and thanks his doctor for fast and apparently effective treatment.
In the pic’s accompanying caption, the 40-year-old actor writes: “Thank you to Dr. Bennett & his entire team for taking the cancer out of my face. Good luck hiding the stitches tomorrow @modernfamily_makeuphair! #youwannaapieceofme #phantommask #spf75.”;

Ferguson hasn’t elaborated in more detail as to the nature of the cancer, but judging from the contented look on his face let’s assume that all is well.
