According to CTV News, the rapper’s tardiness for his performance last Friday night resulted in his set being only 40 minutes long.
Lead plaintiff Megan Le Stum, who was in the audience for the show, was frustrated by what he saw.
A Montreal law firm has now filed an application for a class-action suit on his behalf, as well as any other experienced prejudice or inconvenience because of Scott’s lateness.
The 18-year-old Le Stum said promoters offered no apology or reimbursement for the show.
Osheaga promoter Evenko did not reply to CTV’s request for comment.
