During his oddly intriguing appearance on “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” this week, Kanye West had a lot of surprises in store, ranging from the revelation that he had his first blackout at age 5 to discussing his favourite category of Internet porn.
While fans were still digesting the interview, West had another surprise up his sleeve: a brand-new single that he unveiled on Friday night.
DJ Clark Kent revealed the track on social media, “Sitting in the studio with my man @kanyewest and he said.. ‘Clark, let that new ‘XTCY’ joint go!!! So.. ENJOY: NEW KANYE WEST,” linking to a free download. Yeezy himself confirmed the track to be the real deal by retweeting the tweet.
The lyrics of the new track relate to West’s wife, Kim Kardashian, and her sisters, admitting he’d like to “smash” all of them.
“You got sick thoughts? I got more of ’em / You got a sister-in-law you would smash? I got four of ’em,” he raps in “XTCY”.
DJ Clark Kent also shared the single’s artwork: a photo of the five “Keeping Up With the Kardashian” sisters, all proudly displaying their middle fingers for the camera.
