Cocaine was a substance that ravaged Pitbull’s family life.
The “Timber” rapper opens up about his rough upbringing in an exclusive sit-down with Fox News Channel’s “OBJECTified”.
“I grew up around cocaine, crack, heroin,” says Pitbull in a new clip from Sunday night’s episode. “I saw people who had nothing give everything to a product.”
His mom and dad not only sold drugs, they broke a fundamental rule and used their own product: “They both used, and when I was born I was breastfed cocaine.”
Pitbull, now 37, is among the most successful modern rappers, with a Grammy to his name, an official FIFA World Cup theme song and multiple #1 singles.
Fox News Channel’s “OBJECTified” interview with Pitbull airs at 8 p.m. ET on Sunday.
