With their music dominating the country music charts, Florida Georgia Line are not slowing down anytime soon.
Speaking with ET Canada’s Paul McGuire at the 2018 Boots and Hearts Music Festival, country music duo Brian Kelley and Tyler Hubbard open up about their upcoming video shoot and their highly-anticipated, untitled fourth studio album.
Discussing their upcoming video shoot for their new single “Talk You Out Of It”, which follows the release of “Simple” and “Colorado” off their new album, Kelley says the video will be one to remember.
“I think the video is going to be beautiful. We’re going to have our wives in it. It’s going to be sexy. It’s going to be artsy,” says Kelley, to which Hubbard jokingly adds, “Baby-making music.”
With the release of their three new tracks in only two months, Hubbard adds that it will not be long before fans can hear the full-length album.
“We’ve taken our time with this album, but, we also kind of strategize and want to make sure we put it out at the best time,” says Hubbard. “So, I think next year around February-March we’re going to release this album and start touring there pretty soon after that. We just wanted to wait for a new year and a fresh start, but also get some of the ones that we’re really excited about out of the gate.”
Revealing what fans can expect, Kelley says, “[We] just try to be as real as we can be with where we are in our lives and find the best songs, write the best songs that we can.” He explains, “Songs that are powerful. Songs that move us. Songs that we know are going to move people.”
Hubbard adds, “We’re still bringing the FGL heat, kind of mixing it up and, you know, kind of giving everybody a little something on this album.”
