Zoe Kravitz just shared the good news that “Big Little Lies” has wrapped production on its second season.
The actress appeared on “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” Thursday night, where she revealed the hit HBO show finished shooting on Wednesday this week, though there was no big wrap party.
“It was kind of a funny goodbye because it was like three in the morning and everyone was like, ‘bye!'” she said.
Kravitz also talked about the fun of getting to work with Meryl Streep, who joined the BLL cast for season two of the HBO series.
“It’s surreal,” she said. “We do a lot of dinners together, we went bowling in Monterey.”
Kimmel’s ears perked up at bowling and asked if Kravitz is a good bowler.
“I’m okay,” she said. “I got a strike.”
As for Streep, Kravitz said, “She’s very dedicated to everything that she does, so she was really into the game, and I got a strike, and she turned to me and said, ‘You’re my hero!'”
Kravitz said “time slowed down” for her in that moment.
Lenny Kravitz’s daughter also talked about bumping into his late friend Prince and dancing with him at a club when she was 18.
“So I see someone’s face and I’m like, ‘I know I know this person,’ and I’m looking and all of a sudden I realize, ‘oh my God, it’s Prince,'” she recalled.
